Mountain days
Across Summit County, there is something to enjoy in every season.

Hike or bike trails that wind through wildflowers and golden aspens. Best from late spring through fall, once the trails are clear of snow.

Reel in brown and rainbow trout on the Blue River, one of Colorado's premier Gold Medal fisheries. Available year-round, with spring through fall offering the easiest conditions.

Rent a kayak or paddleboard on Dillon Reservoir with nothing but mountain peaks in every direction. Best during the ice-free summer season, typically June through September.

Tee off at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, perched at 9,000 feet with some of the most dramatic views in the state. The course is generally available from late spring through fall, weather permitting.

Cap the night with a guided horseback ride or a wagon dinner through the Keystone backcountry. These experiences are best from early summer into fall and operate seasonally.
Within the community
More than a mountain setting, this is a community designed around time outdoors and time together.
Amenity access is optional, subject to availability, and must be arranged and paid in advance through Luxury Peaks.

A heated outdoor pool open year-round, two hot tubs, a fitness room and wellness studio, a great room, library, kids' rec room, catering kitchen, decks, fireplaces, and a sun terrace.
A private 20-acre lake with paddleboards, canoes, kayaks, fishing, a launch and dock, plus an indoor gathering room, kitchen, wraparound deck, grill, lawn, and lakeside fire pit.
Community trails connect with White River National Forest, while private Blue River access, a dark-sky observatory, winter Nordic routes, and Town Park extend the adventure.
