The feeling we wanted to share.
There is a particular quiet here that we never take for granted.
In the morning, light moves through the aspens and fills the great room. In the evening, the valley softens beyond the windows while the fireplace warms the center of the house. The setting feels wonderfully removed, yet everything we love about Summit County is close enough for an easy day out.
We love that the home can hold a full table and still offer everyone a corner of their own. Some of our favorite moments are the simplest ones: coffee at the kitchen island, a long dinner after a day outside, children making the bunk room their headquarters, or a late soak in the hot tub with nothing overhead but branches and sky.
Vendette Peak is not simply a place we own. It is where we slow down, reconnect, and remember how good it feels to be together. We have cared for it with that feeling in mind, and we are grateful for the chance to share it with guests who will enjoy it just as thoughtfully.
